Know which dimensions disagree before you price.

Vetrina reads your Window and Door Schedule, Floor Plans and Facades, matches every unit across them, and shows you exactly where the documents disagree.

Reads PDF, Excel, DWG, DXF and Word files.

A tender package is a pile of drawings nobody has checked against each other.

The same window appears in the Window and Door Schedule, on the Floor Plans and on the Facades, often drawn by different people at different times. Checking each one by hand takes days, and a missed dimension tends to surface on site instead of on paper.

Vetrina does the cross-checking, unit by unit.

Four units from the example project, followed from upload to verdict. Every analysis runs this way across all of your units.

Vetrina does the cross-checking, unit by unit.

Four units from the example project, followed from upload to verdict. Every analysis runs this way across all of your units.

  1. Sort

Every file is classified by type: Window and Door Schedule, Floor Plan, Facade, Technical Specifications. You see each classification and can correct it before the analysis starts.

  2. Read

Each document is read on its own. Unit IDs and dimensions come out in whatever order that drawing happens to list them.

  3. Match

Rows are matched by unit ID across every document, so F78 on the Attic Plan lines up with F78 in the Window and Door Schedule.

  4. Verdict

Dimensions are compared. Known offsets such as a Subframe are explained; a difference nothing explains is flagged as a Conflict.

Every unit ends with one of four answers.

The same words run through the results, the unit detail and the Excel report, so your team reads them one way.

Confirmed
Most of the unit's plan tags print the Window and Door Schedule's size: the same numbers, the same way round.
F03 Window and Door Schedule 1920 × 2305 (opening 2050 × 2550), Ground Floor Plan 1920 × 2305
Check
Something specific needs a look, and the reason says what: one ID used twice, an alias, a swapped size, a near miss.
F88 the Window and Door Schedule uses this ID for three units: 550 × 980, 1920 × 2375, 2050 × 2620
Conflict
Two or more plan tags agree with each other, and not with the Window and Door Schedule.

Schedule Only
Only the Window and Door Schedule gives the unit's size, so there was nothing to check it against.
U-AUTO-01 Window and Door Schedule 5000 × 2520; the Ground Floor Plan tags it without a size

Every number points back to its document.

Vetrina flags. You decide. Nothing is hidden behind a score.

  • Sources on every row. Each unit lists every document that mentions it, with the width and height that document gives.
  • Offsets shown, not applied. You see a +130 Subframe offset next to the number, never a quietly corrected value.
  • Swaps flagged. When the plans print a size the other way round, the unit goes to Check with the reason. Nothing is turned round quietly.
